Looking for SOPs, Job Aids, or support resources?

All materials are now stored in the Salesforce Libraries. To access:

    1. Open the App Picker (9 dots in upper-left corner)
    2. Search and select “Files”
    3. Open “Libraries” from the lefthand menu

Training Resources

Training recordings are available on MapleLMS. To access:

    1. Login at ada.maplelms.com using single sign on
    2. Select “All Courses” from the lefthand menu
    3. Choose “ADA / Fonteva End User Training” from the dropdown on the upper right of the courses page
